- You are not required to return any printed materials we have sent to you via shipping before or during the return process.
- From the date we receive your return request, your access to the application will be canceled by us.
- Due to the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts and the nature of digital products, you do not have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
• If you have watched the videos on the 3rd day and subsequent days after gaining access to the application.
• For contracts related to services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the buyer.
• For contracts regarding services that have started to be performed with the buyer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires.
- If you return the product or exercise your right of withdrawal, the product price will be refunded in a single transaction within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
- If you have made the payment via credit card, we would like to emphasize that the average processing time for the refunded amount to be reflected in your bank account may take between 2 (two) to 3 (three) weeks. This process is entirely related to the bank’s transaction timeline, and we hold no responsibility for any potential delays after we issue the refund to the bank.
